Did you know that 'perfume' comes from a Latin term 'per fumum' which also means 'through smoke'? Incense was burned for millenia initially in ceremonies and purifications. The smoke was believed to carry our prayers to the heavens.

Each burn is an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to return to what is important in life. I, myself, have to constantly remind myself to SLOW DOWN and incense just takes me there. My favourites are our very own beautiful Sandalwood, the White Hojari Frankincense from Oman and the Palo Santo, which also means Holy Wood, from Peru. I am sure you have your favourites too :)

Mother Earth - our Home. Yesterday was Earth Day but we like to honour our Home every day - not being perfect yet but…
If you ever received a package from us, you might have appreciated that all mail out material is 100% compostable - from the recycled shredded paper inside, handfolded glue-free mail out boxes to the vegetable ink printed address labels 🙂

This morning, when choosing my scent I felt as if it was the most important decision I am about to make!😂 Really???? i thought - can’t be that hard Hali, but then this popped into mind - seemingly out of nowhere and it stopped me in my self judgement. And with that I savoured my moment of choosing 🥰
The power of thought? The power of heart? OR the power of a scent?
