Then soften into a deeply restful sound bath, immersed in the tones of alchemy crystal bowls and guided meditation to anchor your intention into the body.

The calendar year has begun, but I wouldn’t say mine has energetically.
I’m well and truly in that early-year limbo, and I know I may be for a little while longer.

I feel it every year, waiting for the lunar new year.
This cycle feels far more inviting and aligned for me. 🌙

Feeling the same? That’s okay.
For now, if all you can add to your brand new calendar are the moon dates and season cycles that is enough.

They are one thing we can plan for with certainty. 🫠

This is not about goal setting, new year resolutions, or forcing clarity.
‘Year on Reflection’ is a gentle journalling or just pondering practice - an invitation to look back on what shaped you, acknowledge what carried you, and feel into how you want to move forward.
You’ll be guided through five small reflection prompts:
Revisit · Reflect · Reframe · Balance · Invite

Designed to take around 30mins (or as long as you wish), with nothing required but pen, paper, and a little curiosity.

And if you don’t… here’s the heart of it:

Sound baths can clear stagnant energy.
Often this feels deeply restful, calming, a soft relaxing release.
However, sometimes you can also have moments of feeling sticky, emotional, or frustrated. Energy and emotions moving.

And that’s still wonderful.
Because it means something is shifting.

Energy can moonlight as an emotion and a recognised feeling holds far less power than a hidden one.
When something rises, it’s already on its way out.
It means the stagnant energy is moving and clearing.

There is really no such thing as a bad sound bath 🥰🤍
