new course coming up. codependence/addiction course the next level of skills beyond the i into the we. prerequisite a strong foundation in individual based recovery. this new jump is needed in work, family, community or anything relational in order to flourish. i have been practicing and it is hard. in this course we will practice again and again until we have the hang of it. from effort to effortless, from discomfort to repair to harmony. it is good if you already know how to self regulate so you can build on that.

CODEPENDENCE /ADDICTION, THE NEXT LEVEL
up to now i have concentrated on communicating what is good for me and listening to what is good for you. instead of the non patriarchal we space.

as a planet what is needed now is this shift. from me to us.

in order to do this i/we can not be a codependent who can not hold her own reality and say it out standing up. or an addict who only sees her own reality. i need to already have this skill in order to move into a 3d we space.

so the individual codependence addiction work needs to be a foundation for the 3d we space to build on.

another level of skill is now demanded of us in order to be a healthy individual, couple, community, planet.

in general: the west has been individual, sacrificing the greater good to the individual. the east more tribal or collective, sacrificing the individual good for the collective.

now we need, both integrated: what is good for us and how can we help each other get there? without dominance or self sacrifice.

Carl Jung believed that archetypes are autonomous in nature, which means they have a certain degree of independence and agency within the psyche. (interresting) - john’s slip stream, and set and setting in a psychedelic trip, and in the old days, weak willed could be taken over. archetypes, animus possessed, anima, spirit guides …. carl jung thought these aspects of the collective unconscious had autonomous control in people's psyche's. i was remembering that part of the individuation process was working with these autonomous aspects and integrating them into the psyche. in some of the modern psychologies it is like saying anger has visited andd i have a relationship now with this visiting anger. i am clouded by anger, worry, anxiety as if it had an autonomous aspect. i notice in hypnosis we work with this a lot also seeing it as a default neural pattern not the person her or himself. i suggest for an exercise play with seeing it as you or a visiter that you are indulging and notice the difference.

comfort

people tease me for living on the edge of discomfort

discomfort, the non comfortable, is my most necessarily spontaneous creative push into the unknown.

right in the middle of it there is not much thinking more instinct and body impulse. moving through my conditioning into new worlds of possibility.

getting attacked by a man with a gun
hiking in the rain for 10 days
riding across the himalayas with 9 male international entfield drivers, me the only woman driver
in labour saying i quit
a mom looking for her hurt boy in the bush with my 4wheel drive and no roads

necessity - me chanting: impossible, impossible i can not do this and here i am meeting
meeting.
not possible to avoid the meeting
creativity is born out of this most resisted meeting

even when facing my internal demons, the resisted meeting,
going deeper and deeper touching the source, yes yes yes
life itself lifing through me
