We specialize in Acroyoga and AY fit training. These classes bring together the components of trust and connection as you increase your strength and flexibility while challenging yourself in a fun loving environment. We believe in whole body and mind balance and incorporate therapeutic flying, Thai massage and meditation classes that allow the body and mind to slow down and be nurtured.

Thankyou for all the lovely birthday messages. It happened to be the last day of convention, so I spent the evening partying with so many amazing friends ❤️and the day overcoming old trauma that’s been hiding in my spine- thanks to the amazing support I have around me. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

So very proud of my mighty friend

Not only did she help me co create a wonderful retreat but she has shown me true friendship, honesty and vulnerability.
One of her goals of the retreat was to fly a 3high out of lines, which she smashed, as she climbed up on the road, the beach and on the boat😳😳😳. Thankyou for trusting us and thanks for standing underneath and beside us and making it possible🙏🏻

Range to Reef acro retreat 2023 is done!
What a week!!
Magic location, wonderful people, many many laughs and so many acro goals kicked.
Plus whaleshark swims, snorkelling, range walking, margaritas, energetic awakenings and special love moments ❤️
