I'm Lyndal, the woman behind Freo Women's Circle, pictured here in my pink bathroom, living my best pink life haha ✨️ 💗

My animal allies are black jaguar, bat, dolphin, jellyfish, dragonfly and others. I come from a long line of strong witchy women and I'm a rebellious collective-minded aquarian.

I'm passionate about women reclaiming their sovereignty and power through the menstrual cycle and living epic lives, for them!

My circles are trauma informed, fun, sincere, meaningful, cycle-informed, whimsical and loving.

You are so welcome and your voice and presence is needed more than ever!

To all of those who chose to abandon me
Thank you for teaching me to never abandon myself.

To all of those who chose to devalue and diminish me
Thank you for teaching me to value myself and see my worth.

To all of those who tried to break me
Thank you for teaching me what it means to be strong.

To all of those who tried to silence me
Thank you for teaching me to find my own voice.

Does this make you uncomfortable? Or curious? Or stir up mind stories? Judgements? Do you know where it even comes from?

Have you worked intentionally with your bleed? Are you aware of how fu***ng powerful you are? I am and i want you to feeling tap into that power. I used to have so much period shame, not realising I was inside my own personal prison cell. Freeing myself through the work of menstrual cycle awareness has radically, and I mean radically, opened my heart and expanded my soul.

Nothing has changed my life more profoundly. No yoga, sound healing, meditation, relationship. I truly believe we incarnated as women so we could follow this path and find divine union with ourselves via the bleed. It is the ultimate homecoming. She is your own inner Oracle, medicine woman, healer and high priestess. She is your guide, your true essence, your wayfinder, your peace.

Let's unchain ourselves, break free from societal conditioning and choose love over fear. Let's choose ourselves.

I invite you to join us for a special cycle circle this Sat night where we will explore the bleed as spiritual practice.

It's going to be rich, it's going to be transformative, and it's going to light your p***y on fire 🔥 😍 not really, but this is potent work that will shake things up in the best possible way.

We will also share cacao, sound healing and more. It's going to be a wonderful, wonderful night

New beginnings!

Super excited to share details of our first women's gathering with sound bath for 2025.

It's happening during dark moon, so our theme will be around letting go of what you know longer need before starting a new cycle.

I'll share some practical tips around supporting your premenstrual self, and why it's the most badass part of the cycle. There's a LOT to love here!!

This corresponds to the powerful post menopause phase of a woman's life.
