Hello there, lovely humans of Body Riches Chiropractic!
I’m excited to present to you the very first edition of our new monthly newsletter! This will be a time for you to relax and tune into some thoughts that have been buzzing around the clinic (and in my head).
For those of you I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, I’m Dr Riana, your passionate neighbourhood chiropractor here at Body Riches Chiropractic. Whether you’ve been with us for years or are brand new to the clinic, I’m so grateful to have you as part of our community and excited to have you along for the ride each month.
Here’s a little sneak peek into what you can expect!
Each edition, we will explore everything from practical tips for maintaining a healthy spine and blissful nervous system, to the latest breakthroughs in chiropractic science. I’ll be throwing in delicious eats and recipes I’ve come across, books I’ve been reading and stories of breathtaking parts of the world I’ve seen throughout the years.
Expect some weird and wacky musings and maybe even a little joke or two along the way. After all, life’s too short to not sprinkle a little humour and warmth into everything we do!
