Wonderful evening with organising EU Day for young professionals. Great turnout by many European Chamber of Commerce representatives. We were proud to support our own chamber and introduce some Croatian & international flavours to our guests 🇭🇷❤️
Bonus for me was working with my boy 🫶

Managed to turn crepes (palaćinke) into finger food….yum.
I haven’t met a Croat who doesn’t enjoy them and have converted many non Croatians. My favourite sweet to make from my childhood. They are pronounced “palacheenke”, we spread some jam in the centre and roll them.
I have cut these in half to make them manageable to eat at stand up functions.
