This week I’ll have raw chocolate to give away in my classes, if you fancy! I made them for the teachers too. Here’s some videos of the very meditative process.

Next weekend Sat 20th and Sun 21st we have Christmas classes - a free class as a gift to you. Thank you for your year of loyal patronage and commitment to this magnificent practice of yoga!
