Did you know the nerves exiting the sacrum and middle/lower back communicate directly with the bladder, kidneys, and ureters? 🚻

If these signals aren’t flowing properly, the brain can’t tell the bladder when to hold or release urine. Food intolerances, like dairy or gluten sensitivities, can also impact digestion and bladder function, adding another layer to the problem.
