🏋️‍♀️ Looking for an effective at-home exercise to improve mobility? Try the Wall Angel!

Stand with your back against a wall, feet slightly away. Keep your arms bent at 90 degrees, elbows and wrists touching the wall. Slowly slide your arms up and down while maintaining contact.

This simple exercise helps improve posture, shoulder mobility, and reduces upper back tension. Perfect for desk workers!

Remember to perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, twice daily for best results.
