1. Stand close to the box
2. Bend at your knees, not your waist
3. Keep your back straight
4. Get a firm grip
5. Use your legs to lift
6. Keep the load close to your body

- Take breaks from sitting or desk work
- Gentle shoulder and upper back stretches

- Apply heat or ice depending on discomfort
