Still buzzing from this experience 🤍

I recently spent time with Speakers Tribe, continuing to grow my skills as a speaker… and stepping deeper into the path I know I’m here for, supporting more women on there health journey. 🧡

This is about more than just speaking.
It’s about learning how to truly connect, share from the heart, and create impact.

Being in a room with people who are all committed to growth, confidence, and using their voice to empower others was so powerful.

And getting to watch my beautiful friend and mentor Sarah Renshaw in action… Amazing & so inspiring 🤍

This is a big part of where I’m heading — bringing my work into the corporate space as a
✨ health & wellbeing coach
✨ speaker
✨ workshop facilitator

Supporting individuals and organisations to create more calm, clarity, balance, and vitality.

This is just the beginning…

There’s something I really love about this part of my day…

Preparing the space for each woman who walks through the door 🤍

Everything is intentional
The blankets, the towels, the energy

So you can come in… slow down… and soften

This isn’t just about the physical body
It’s about supporting your whole system

Gently encouraging your lymphatic system to move
Helping release fluid, reduce that heavy feeling
And bringing you back to feeling lighter, clearer, more energised

A space for you to be held, supported… and come back to yourself

If your body has been asking for this, I’d love to support you 🤍

If you’ve been feeling puffy, heavy, or bloated…
It’s not always about what you ate.

So often, it’s your body asking for a little support.

More water
More movement
More space to slow down

Small, simple things that help your body come back into balance.

You don’t need to do everything perfectly…
Just start somewhere.

Back at the gym after 3 weeks… and it was not easy to get back into it.

If you’ve fallen out of your routine, I get it.
The hardest part is just getting yourself back and starting whatever it is.

It’s not about feeling ready or motivated or you will never start.

Once you show up, it gets easier.

So a loving message from me to you is…

JUST START!!! 🧡

Sometimes we stay in the same patterns… not because we want to, but because we don’t know how to change.

And then life comes in and shakes things up.

It can feel uncomfortable… or not what we expected…
but sometimes it’s exactly what we need.

An invitation to pause, to look at things differently,
to start making small changes.

Growth doesn’t always feel good…
but it’s often where the shift happens.

Maybe this isn’t here to throw you off…
maybe it’s here to guide you ✨

A little reminder for today 🤍

your body is always communicating
sometimes it’s just asking for support

start simple…
drink more water 💧

18/03/2026

It’s the small daily choices that matter 🤍

I see so many women feeling puffy, low in energy…
and thinking something must be wrong with them.

But more often than not…
it’s not that something is wrong.
It’s that your body is asking for support.

The way you’re nourishing yourself
The way you’re moving (or not moving) your body
Your water intake
Your moments of stillness… or lack of them

These things add up.

And the beautiful part?
They don’t need to be big, overwhelming changes.

It can be as simple as a daily walk
Choosing more whole, alive foods
Drinking more water
Stepping outside… breathing… slowing down

Small, consistent habits bring your body back into balance

And when you start showing up for yourself in these ways…
you’ll feel it.

More energy
Less heaviness
More clarity
More YOU

If this resonates, start with one small shift today 🤍

✨ Hello lovely ladies

If you’ve been feeling like it’s time to hit reset on your health, energy and life, you are not alone. So many women reach midlife feeling tired, disconnected from their body, and unsure how to get back to feeling vibrant again.

This is exactly why I created my 3-Month Midlife Vitality Method Coaching Program.

Over 3 months we work together to gently transform the habits, lifestyle patterns and mindset that shape your health and wellbeing. Think of it as your personal roadmap back to feeling energised, confident and truly good in your own skin.

This isn’t about quick fixes or extreme plans. It’s about creating real, lasting change that supports the life you want to live.

If you’re ready to take back control of your health and start feeling vibrant again, I’d love to support you.

💫 Send me a message to book your free Vitality Call and let’s begin your journey.

Your lymphatic system plays a huge role in how your body feels every day.
If you’ve been feeling puffy, sluggish, inflamed, or low in energy, supporting your lymphatic system can make a big difference.

Here are 3 simple things you can do daily:

1️⃣ Movement – walking, stretching, rebounding or gentle exercise helps move lymph fluid through the body.

2️⃣ Nourishment – eating more fresh fruit and vegetables while reducing sugar and processed carbohydrates can support your body’s natural detox pathways.

3️⃣ A quiet moment – even 5 minutes of stillness, meditation, or a slow mindful walk can help regulate your nervous system and support overall flow in the body.

Small daily habits can create big shifts in how you feel.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, tired or inflamed in your body, lymphatic drainage massage can also be a beautiful way to support your system.

This week I’ve been noticing something with a few of my clients…

Many women who are feeling inflamed in their bodies, holding extra weight, or experiencing bloating have often stopped doing some of the simple daily things that support their wellbeing — especially moving their body.

And the truth is, when we start to feel uncomfortable or low in energy, it can feel even harder to take that first step.

If you’ve noticed you haven’t been moving your body as much as you’d like, I want to offer a simple invitation.

Choose a small window of time each day — maybe in the morning or the evening — and commit to moving your body, even if it’s just for a few minutes.

It’s about creating new habits.

Start small.
Let it be gentle.
Then build from there.

And for now… let that be enough 🤍
