Receptionist / Administrator – Allied Health Clinic

Fremantle Physiotherapy Centre (as part of Fremantle Physio and Health) are seeking a permanent part time compassionate and organised receptionist/administrator to join our close-knit team and continue to support our practitioners in delivering patient-centric care. You must have flexibility across the week to work 6-hour shifts as the solo receptionist (once trained) starting at either 7am or finishing at 6:30pm and at least three shifts per week (18 hours).

This position is key in managing many moving parts to deliver a genuine interaction for every client and patient that visits our practice. If you pride yourself on thinking one step ahead and noticing every small detail this is the position for you!

‼️ URGENT ‼️ LOST OR STOLEN ‼️
DFL FOSTER DOG BUNDY

Bundy escaped from his foster home this morning (WED 3/9) in Baldivis, Prospect Rise area. However, it is now believed that he was picked up by a white car not long after his escape.

His ID tag has 3 phone numbers on it. No one has contacted any of these numbers to return Bundy. So whilst he did escape, we are now also treating him as stolen… and he could be ANYWHERE by now.

We, especially Bundy’s foster family, are beside ourselves! His foster carers have been searching tirelessly. The local pound and vet clinic have been contacted and we have now marked Bundy as “stolen” on his microchip.

‼️ PLEASE SHARE TO ALL AREAS AND HELP US BRING BUNDY HOME ‼️

We have private office space now available, co-located with us and the other professionals here in our multi-disciplinary allied health clinic (you don't need to be working in the health space)

Key points:

* Ground floor, rear corner room ~13sqm private locked room with new carpets and fresh paint (also has a small handbasin) also has a second door directly exciting to rear of building
* Unfurnished, waiting for you to make it your own
* Free use of shared kitchen, toilet and shower facilities
* Included internet (ethernet or wifi)
* Included weekly cleaner
* One month minimum lease, up to 3 years (negotiable)
* Free use of onsite gym
* $700+GST per month inclusive of utilities
* Not suitable if you require parking on your doorstep unfortunately but plenty of parking very close by

Our principal physio Jesse (GK) and his Masters team play for Gold tonight in their Grand Final at PHS Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club vs Westside Wolves Hockey Club. He's been holding the team together with his Physio skills, particularly as the season nears it's end 😆

Good luck to our Principal Physio Jesse and his team tomorrow as they play for Gold 🏅against VIC in the National Masters Hockey Championships 🏑🏑🏑
VIC are the reigning champions in this age/division and the teams faced off last Saturday in the first round resulting in a 2 all draw. Vic had a clean winning streak the rest of the comp, so WA is the only team to test them out. It's going to be a fantastic game of skilled top level hockey to watch!! Bring it home boys, no pressure on the goalkeeper Jesse! 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆

Immediately before the O40 Men, Jesse Newman and the WA O45 Div 1 men will be taking on Victoria in the playoff for the Gold Medal 🥇

Our Principal Physio and resident Goalkeeper Jesse Newman will be unavailable over the next 9 days as he competes for WA in the National Masters Hockey Championships. Luckily the comp is held in Perth this year. Good luck to the team for their first game this morning against Vic, and to all the WA Men's and Women's teams competing! WA Masters Hockey
