Meet the team behind Loop ✨
At Loop, we’re more than a yoga studio — we’re a space for strength, softness, and deep restoration. A place where movement becomes a practice of caring for your whole self: body, mind, and energy.
Our teachers each bring their own unique experience, but we are united by one intention — to support you in feeling stronger, more open, and more balanced in your life.
We believe true wellbeing isn’t found in just one method. It’s created through balance and variety. That’s why our classes are designed to work together:
• Yoga for movement, breath, and connection
• Restorative Yin & Nidra & Sound for healing, nervous system support, and deep release
• Pilates for alignment, control, and stability
• Strength training for resilience, confidence, and long-term support of the body
Restorative Yin & Sound Nidra also holds a special place in our studio — a slower, more inward practice that supports emotional release, deep rest, and a sense of spiritual reconnection. It’s where the body unwinds and the mind has space to settle.
And just as important as movement… is recovery. This is where real integration happens.
This is the Loop approach — strong, grounded, restorative, and supportive from every angle.
