Ocean Yoga Flow Update👇

I’m so sorry—our Sunday session at South Beach won’t go ahead tomorrow as planned. The original plan was for me to teach, but life shifted last minute and Suzie’s been gifted a rare day off (well-deserved!).

The good news? We’re continuing daily yoga flows through autumn, and as long as the weather’s kind and you keep showing up—we’ll be right here for you.

Thanks for the love and understanding. See you back on the sand soon! 🙏
