In Kylie's spare time she loves to watch the sunrise over Newport beach, embark on lengthy walks to Avalon, reading books and researching natural health remedies. She also loves doing Pilates at home on her balcony and spending time with “Zeus” her handsome and playful Burmese rescue cat.

Everyone was in high spirits at our first birthday celebrations. As Director of The Falls Estate team, Stanley Roth gave a passionate speech, residents cheered and clapped with some shouting "we love it here" and "best thing we've ever done". 🎈

Stanley spoke about the history of building The Falls Estate and his dream, one he inherited from Sid Londish, the original brains behind the idea, of creating a 'true retirement resort'. Both Stanley and Senior Development Manager Dan Maurici acknowledged that, while they had built a series of stunning buildings down the hillside, all with beautiful apartments, the residents themselves had been responsible for making The Falls Estate such a special place. ❤️

Lisa’s favourite part of her role? Interacting and connecting with our wonderful residents, seeing them building new friendships, learning about their interests and providing personalised support wherever possible.
