Dr Amish Patel successfully addressed a challenging case involving minimal labial bone and extensive grafting requirements in the anterior maxilla. The patient’s decision to remove the failing 12 allowed enough space for two implants to support a three-unit bridge. After six months of healing, the graft showed excellent vascularity, resulting in a significant increase in bone width and a successful, aesthetically pleasing outcome.
