It's a very important week in the calendar. This year, Neurodiversity Celebration Week and Harmony Week fall on the same days!
Both events have a similar message at their core: celebrate what makes us different.
No matter how your mind works, where you were born or what language you speak, we’re all Australian and we’re all in this together.
This week, spread messages of connection and support with everyone you meet.

Supporting your child’s OT goals doesn’t always mean adding more to your day.
Many of the most powerful therapy opportunities happen during everyday routines — getting dressed, helping with chores, playing games or cooking together.
Need more help? Join MY OT Toolkit — your new parent resource hub, designed by OT for parents to help you support your child at home.

It’s a parent/caregiver resource hub designed to:
✔ Reinforce what we work on in sessions
✔ Provide clear, practical strategies to support development
✔ Answer common questions
✔ Help you feel confident supporting your child between appointments
Because therapy works best when we work together.
My OT Toolkit is our way of supporting you — not just your child.

It was Clean Up Australia Day yesterday. We got a head start on rainy Friday by walking around the carpark and green space next to our office to do our part in cleaning up our beautiful Northern Beaches. We found quite a lot of rubbish that went straight into the bin (where they belong).
