Welcome to Satori Healing,

My posts on here have been very slow to start as I’ve been working on the courage to be ok with “not being perfect” and simply opening my heart as a Reiki Healer (which is so very different to the Data Analyst that I’ve been identifying with for over 20 years and she needs to GO)!

It’s never too late to heal from your past and reinvent yourself - right 🙏 So that’s how it is working for me and the energy I am passing to you, if that’s what you need right now.

Satori translated from Japanese Buddhism to “instant enlightenment” or “reaching a moment of total presence” which, when I heard it for the first time, I knew in that second it had to be the name for my work.

悟り is the Japanese symbol - I love how beautiful Japanese writing is and according to the Zen Buddhist tradition, satori refers to a deep experience of kenshō, "seeing into one's true nature". Ken means "seeing," shō means "nature" or "essence".

My intention in my Reiki practise is to be authentic and spiritual with you, and feel into your energy field via your Shakras to find out what your body is saying and needing.
