We're introducing Parents & Bubbas - our brand new reformer Pilates class designed just for you and your little one!

Whether your bubba is snoozing peacefully or cheering you on from the pram or bouncer, this class is all about moving your body and clearing your mind.

Here's what you can expect:
🌟 Postnatal-focused reformer sequences to restore and strengthen your core
🌟 Welcoming space where baby sounds are music to our ears
🌟 Meet other parents navigating the same beautiful chaos
