New home, new beginnings ✨

I always forget just how much energy moving takes.

The past month feels like a whirlwind as we quickly said goodbye to our home by the sea to create a new one surrounded in magical bushland.

I’m looking forward to connecting with the land here (Dharug Country).

3 months until my Greece Retreat with the wonderful ❤️

As I was reading through our offerings for the retreat the other day, I honestly felt like I wish I was going to it myself! Lol😂

Here’s a reminder of what’s on offer:

We start on Saturday 15th July with an opening ritual, followed by gentle pranayama and somatic practices to welcome you and help you to arrive. Afterwards we will share a nourishing evening meal together🍑

The rest of the week includes activities inspired by the four elements:

The healing art of Japanese Incense Ceremony (Koh-Do) 🪔✨

I experienced the most exquisite and profound incense ceremony the other day with a master of incense .watanabe

The fragrance of agarwood, sandalwood and fermented neri-koh transported me to another place and time…

The balancing of the Yin & Yang…

I was completely enchanted by the unique combinations of incense created by Eriyo.

Interestingly it wasn’t just about taking in the most beautiful scents I’ve ever smelt but about “listening”…

Listening with every part of you, so that you’re connecting and resonating with the essence, the spirit of that particular incense.

I’m so excited to be learning this more deeply and look forward to adding it to my offerings soon❤️

Hello 👋🏽 & Happy Lunar New Year 🌘
It feels like it’s been quite a while since I’ve been on here. My mini break from IG extended longer than intended.
It was well needed 🥰 and I look forward to reconnecting here with you all.

Since my last post there’s been a change with my business name to reflect some of my new offerings (Astrology & Plant Medicine), soon to come.

The Rose of Venus Apothecary (the new name) is inspired by a few things:

Firstly by my interest in mythology, working with archetypes and honouring Sacred Feminine principles. In which Venus - the Goddess associated with love, beauty and pleasure called me to work with her heart centred medicine (including healing and integration of shadow aspects).

To empower you, through being more connected to your body, nature (Earth) & the Cosmos.

To support you trust your intuition and the wisdom that your body has to offer you.

As well as for your relationships and life in general to feel authentic, meaningful and filled with beauty.

The actual planet Venus weaves a beautiful pentagonal pattern every 8 years as it orbits the Sun, in relationship to Earth.
This pattern creates a 5 pointed “Star” which is also often compared to the 5 petals of a wild rose. There’s so much more I can speak about this sacred geometry, but I’ll leave it for future posts.

The “Apothecary”refers to not just to plant medicine but to the “medicine” / healing power that you have within yourself.

I’m excited to be sharing this new dimension of my work with you all ❤️🌺
