Hey beautiful people !
I’ve finished my super yacht charters and am re-opening the yoga studio in exactly 7 days !!
Woop woop !
Classes resume on the 19th of October !
It’s been a wonderful 12 weeks out at sea, & on the tablelands enjoying quality time with my parents, in-between charters!
I am very much looking forward to being back on the mat with you all ! See you soon !

This afternoon was one of my last classes for the year, at St Mary’ school.
I absolutely love witnessing these kids transition from “chaotic” to “chilled” by the end of their session. At times, teaching adolescents can be quite the challenge, but it is oh so rewarding as well…. ♥️🌻🐝

On Saturday morning, a gorgeous hike up Stoney creek falls with friends ended tragically. From one moment to the next, our lives have been changed forever. It was a very raw, and confronting reminder, that life is so fragile, and so precious, and should always be lived with love.
This week is my first week back teaching on the yoga mat after a long break over the holiday season. I was hesitant at first, and thought I needed to take this week off to process the trauma. However yoga always has, and always will continue to heal me in ways words can not explain.
I will be dedicating this weeks practice in the honour of beautiful Emily Jane.
May her spirit fly high 💕✨🙏
