We specialise in the practice of Iyengar Yoga, placing an emphasis on precision and alignment as well as a focus on the quality of movement.

Invocation à Patañjali

Les cours de yoga enseignés selon la méthode Iyengar démarrent souvent par la récitation d’une invocation. La plus répandue est l’invocation à Patañjali, auteur des Yoga Sutras.

En voici la version en sanskrit et sa traduction française. Enfin vous pouvez également visionner une vidéo tirée de la Convention Européenne de 2009 à Cologne (Allemagne). Geeta S. Iyengar y prononce alors l'invocation à Patañjali.
