🌳🌴 I love hugging trees and this tree spoke to me. I was attracted to it on my recent bush walk and couldn’t resist to experience the feeling of connection to nature.
🫶 I have found that tree hugging encourages me to be fully present in the moment, focusing on the texture of the bark, the scent, the sounds. I feel extremely grounded and this practice, helps to anchor me in the here and now and reduce feelings of being overwhelmed or disconnected.
