Hi Everyone! I know I have been absent on here for some time but with very good reason 🤫

Big and exciting changes are coming to my business in the not too distant future. I am currently working on some new qualifications in massage therapies and the sports training field which will be incorporated with my wellbeing services.

Today I was blessed with some free time of which hubby and I spent driving along the coastline, and through the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The Nan Hai Pu Tuo Temple which houses the statue of Kuan Yin (Goddess of Compassion) along the South Coast of Adelaide was one of the many attractions we saw along the way.

Unfortunately, it is currently closed to the public but I was able to get close enough to capture this picture. Even though the temple is closed (there is quite a bit of construction happening on the grounds) there is still a calming energy about the space surrounding it.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit the temple, its well worth the drive. The views of the statue and beyond the grounds where the goddess overlooks the ocean is simply breathtaking 🙏❤

We all bloom at different times ❤

No two people are the same. Our growth levels occur at different times just like these flowers. Some are more ready than others to move to the next stage, some take longer to open up to the wisdom around them.

Whatever stage you are at... just keep going, your time to bloom will come 🙏

Self expression ❤

How do you express yourself? What are your creative outlets that let you voice your inner self?

Some use a paint brush to bring thier visions to life, others through their voice.

For me I create space for others to express themselves through conversations. Allow them to speak what they are feeling and then reflect it back to them through a different angle or perspective.

White Sage cleansing ✨

Smudging with white sage is a great way to cleanse your space by removing unwanted or negative energies from your home, your environment and even you.

Once lit, the smoke attaches negative energies to it, as the smoke clears it carries the energy into other spaces where it can be transmitted into positive energy.

Performed with simple clearing affirmations, spaces feel lighter and allow positive energies to flow more freely.
