Due to the lengthy and extended power outage, all classes for tonight tomorrow and all bookings will be cancelled and re-scheduled due to temperature. It will be too cold for yin yoga at 8am. So sorry for any inconvenience. Please let me know if Wednesday suits and I’ll pop on an extra session for you.

Joy had her first Yin Yoga session this morning. She was a star right from the get go. Cuddles with clients to start, followed by a 80 min snooze and 8min sound bath. We then picked mulberries from the tree for breakfast with my clients. Perfect start to Sunday.

Also, coming soon, packages will be available for small businesses wishing to support their staff’s wellbeing. This will be a quarterly package where you and your staff can come to The Healing Clan once per month to support the mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of your staff.
