My name is Katie and I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, I specialise in remedial, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, PNF stretches and swedish relaxation techniques. I love to offer a variety of treatments including Remedial, Relaxation, and Pregnancy Massage. I pride myself on listening and caring genuinely about my clients and their overall health. ieve the best result, whether that is assisting recovery after a surgery or injury, relieving fatigued muscles after the gym or stress from work, kids, poor posture and everyday life. Hatha Yoga is a challenging and rewarding practice for both new and experienced yogis. Many of the poses are easily learned, but have challenging progressions and never ending room for growth as you expand your strength, balance and your body and mind awareness. I pride myself on teaching poses safely and value the integrity, alignment and function of each pose above all else. Using these strong foundations I strive to create classes that are interesting for all levels and abilities, combining functional poses, playful balancing, breathing exercises and meditations to inspire a positive mind/body experience for all. I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2014 in Sydney and my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 in Golden, BC, Canada. I have always had a passion for helping others and I aim to share my knowledge, awareness and positive attitude through the practice of Massage Therapy, Yoga and Meditation. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel safe and happy, confident in your own body and inspire you to follow your bliss. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, eating, playing video games, playing piano, travelling, snowboarding, scary roller coasters and strive everyday to live and enjoy a balanced lifestyle with my family and friends.
