Jan and Andrew set off on a training flight this morning with a few objectives to achieve. Their first port of call was Kalgoorlie for fuel.
They then set off to Warburton for upper airwork prior to returning to Karratha - with a bit of lunch while in cruise at 42,000 feet 😊

Because the aircraft was being flown to Jandakot for maintenance, aim was to land with as little fuel as possible (reserves intact of course), so Jan and Cam elected to fly lower (16,000' today) in an attempt to burn as much fuel as possible during the flight.
This also gave them the opportunity for some 'cloud surfing' en-route between two layers of cloud

Today we had the opportunity to conduct a low level (500') flight along the beautiful Burrup Peninsula - to the North of Karratha prior to landing at Karratha Airport.
