Another wonderful event with CAM connect this morning, a brilliant initiative captained by the extraordinary Lucy St Jack.

We are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by a plethora of highly skilled practitioners here in the Huon Valley. Networking with these therapists provides gateways for the community to learn about and access the right treatments at the right time.

How are you going, warriors?
It's been a wild ride for me over the last few months. I've been focusing my intentions to get stuff done and making some big decisions in my life. While it's outside my comfort zone (I like to go with the flow) getting results from action has built up my resilience and courage and I have discovered my fearless warrior woman. Woohoo! But now I need some rest. With Mothers Day this Sunday, I plan on enjoying a day of gentle celebration. How will you honour the feminine this weekend?

Proudly introducing Party Face!

My young daughter recently began a small business of her own. Inspired by her creative talents and a natural ability with young children, Zaia has created this little gem to bring in a little pocket money. She did her first market last Sunday and caught the eye of a local journalist keen to showcase how youngsters spend their free time.

She plans to do kids birthdays and other events, and can be found at Cygnet Market. Follow along on her instagram page .

We normally go camping in the summer but this year there were other schedules taking priority, so we decided to go with the flow and "camp" at home.

With the help of a few pallets and some foam mattresses, we created a divine day bed situation on which to chill out, under the dappled sunlight with a good book, a few games and no time to keep ⛺️

The studio is open again and I look forward to another year in this amazing place I am lucky enough to call home and work 💚

I recently got hit with covid again. Thankfully, it was nothing like the first time 18 months ago and I enjoyed taking time out to rest and look after myself. I realised how lucky I am to be surrounded by an amazing community who provided support and meals.

After recovering, I was inspired to nourish myself and try some new vegeful recipes. Check out this sweet potato curry - it's so yummy!
