Had a superstar in studio last week. Mum n daughter came for private lesson and I watched her confidence soar as she mastered the silks. (Dad also ended up hanging as well) so much fun. Love sharing my passion with beautiful n amazing people. And what a great mum giving her daighter opportunity for mum n daighter time- something different x

Two of our little yogi babies hanging out together in Mums n Bubs class yesterday. Also had the joy of beautiful new mum with her 6 week boy come. Such a grest rekaxed class with amazing mums taking time for thensekves. I love what I do 🥰
