AERIAL YOGA AND SOUND on tonight 5.45 to 6.45pm
Bookings essential to reserve your swing.
I have a few spots left. Please still confirm attending via 04755 19888
Some of the questions i get asked
WEIGHT LIMIT: Swings can easily take up to 140kg. . Please don't let weight put you off, as aerial is so beneficial and easier than you think to help with injury and movement. If any concerns in this area, please reach out as we could organize a private session so we can look at your movement and adapt for class, which will ensure you feel more comfortable and confident for first class.
DO I HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE AND STRONG ? No, but enough fitness to lift foot up into swing at hip level and enough upper strength to support you while placing foot in swing. Everything is adaptable in aerial and you will gain flexibility and strength as weeks progress.
AGE FOR ADULT AERIAL CLASS - 16 and over but open to younger participants if have prior experience and accompanied with adult. I do run kids classes which are alot different to the adult classes.
WHO SHOULDNT DO AERIAL - If have vertigo inner ear issues, vasovagal syndrome, sinusitis, recent concussion, brain injury, or stroke, recent Botox injections, glaucoma or other eye pressure problems, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, 1st trimester (after 1st 12 weeks ok to attend)
WHAT TO WEAR: Close fitting but comfy clothing. Knees must be covered. Grip socks are to be worn for cleanliness of silk and for grip (normal socks ok if no grip)
