I am a dedicated General Practitioner with a strong background in hospital medicine and a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. I completed my medical degree overseas and moved to Australia in 2017.
I am currently practising in general practice, where I enjoy supporting patients across all stages of life. My approach is holistic and focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and addressing a wide range of everyday health concerns.
My areas of interest include general medicine, chronic disease management, pregnancy and women’s health, and preventive medicine.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and my cat.

A little reminder for the ladies: your health matters too. 🥰 💕

We often spend so much time looking after others—our partner, our kids, our parents and our friends, that we forget about our own needs.

Research tells us that prioritising taking care of others is actually the number one barrier to women being proactive about their health.

Filling other people's cup is lovely—but it's important to fill your own and look after YOU too.

So let this be your nudge to:
> Have some 'me' time (read a book, grab your favourite coffee, catch up with a friend).
> Prioritise the basics—sleep, water, movement.
> Book that health check you've been putting off.
> Regularly check your body for any changes like new lumps, bumps or moles.

By taking care of yourself first, you'll be able to better look after others in your life. 💕

Vaccines for 2 to 5yrs and over 65yrs are expected to be delivered from mid March.

Winter is coming, which means it's time to start thinking about your flu vaccine.

Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting a flu vaccine, free for all Queenslanders aged 6 months and older until 30 September 2026.

This year, for the first time in Australia, a needle-free flu vaccine in the form of a nasal spray will also be available and free for children aged two to five years (before they turn 6). This is an easy way to protect your child.

Good hygiene behaviours like washing hands, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home when sick can help stop the spread of the flu, but for the best protection, get vaccinated. 💪

Check with your GP, pharmacist, or vaccine provider about when the vaccine will be available for you.
