Meet the newest member of the Family Health Clinic team, Dr Sanjini Paka Rao.

Dr.Sanjini is from India,having completed her medical degree in Romania , and her internship in Northern Ireland. She has worked in the UK in mental health and completed the Diploma in Child Health at Westmead Children’s Hospital Sydney.
She has worked in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Mental Health in Australia
Outside work she loves being a mum and has an interest in travelling and experiencing diverse world cultures.
She can converse in Telagu, Malayalam, Tamil and Romanian.

Here's a list of some health checks you should add to your 'to-do' list:
❤️ a cervical screening test—every five years between the ages of 25 and 74
❤️ a heart health check—every two years if you're over 45, or in your 30s if you're a First Nations person
❤️ breast cancer health checks—a mammogram is recommended every two years between the ages of 40 and 74
❤️ bowel cancer checks—you're eligible for a free test kit every two years if you're between 45 and 74 years old
❤️ regular STI screening—every partner or every year
❤️ skin cancer checks—including regular self-administered skin checks.
