Meet Dayne, our new Counsellor working with children, adolescents, adults and families looking for support with mental health, trauma and life transitions. Dayne currently works Monday & Tuesday. He sees clients face-to-face in our Gatton office, and via Telehealth too!

But that’s not it.

Being a no drama llama isn’t about suppressing emotions or pretending everything is fine. It’s about having the skills to pause before reacting. To notice what’s happening in your body. To respond instead of explode.

Regulation doesn’t mean calm all the time.

It means your nervous system isn’t running the show unchecked.

And the best part?

Regulation is a skill. Not a personality trait.
