Our Gawler/Adelaide Free Yoga Chat & Chai is coming up quickly, and we look forward to seeing you all on Fri Jan 30 6:30-7:30 at Strength with Ease for a warm welcome to the studio, a tasty cup of chai, and a cozy chat about the 8 limbs of yoga, our upcoming training options, plus some space to have your questions answered.

This is an event for those interested in yoga teacher training to gather information and connect with like-minded people.

This is also an opportunity for yogis already registered to visit the space, meet the trainer and some fellow teachers-in-training, and spend some time and space in yoga!

Our boxing day Group Fitness Class has been moved to 8:30am at Build Training in Phoenix Plaza.

This will be a fun session suited to all fitness levels and a great way to follow up Xmas Day!

As always, we love to keep our doors open for you during this busy season. Here are this years offerings.

Please note that some classes may be cancelled due to very low bookings. If you are booked into a class that is cancelled you will receive a text message with as much notice as possible so please ensure your details are correct in punchpass.

It is very helpful if you can book your classes in advance and also if you cancel out of any booked classes early so teachers can plan accordingly.

Join Kel for another devine Friday night Yin Yoga and Meditation class right at the peak of the busy season.

You can expect a deeply relaxing session filled with long breaths, supported poses and guided meditation.

These sessions are open to everyone and can be of great benefit to those who carry injury or limitation in the body.

Some of the benefits of this low impact exercise include:

Our first 4 week block of Small Group Reformer Pilates Classes are now on offer.

Be quick if you're keen as these small hands-on sessions only allow for 3 participants per class.

If these times don't suit your schedule but you are interested in joining then please comment below with your time preferences or contact Trish to discuss.
