There’s something powerful that happens when a woman picks up the pen - literally or metaphorically - and says:
“No more. This story? It’s mine now.”
For so many of us, especially those of us who are neurodivergent, mums, carers, or have walked through trauma, we’ve spent years living inside stories that were written for us.
Stories about who we’re “supposed” to be.
How we’re meant to show up.
What we’re allowed to feel.
What healing should look like.
But what if those stories were never ours to begin with?
When I work with women, we don’t just talk about healing, we re-write the script.
And that happens on two levels:
Metaphorically - We shift the subconscious patterns and beliefs that have been quietly running the show for years. This is where tools like NLP and hypnotherapy shine. They allow us to go deep, to find the root, and to update the internal narrative that’s been keeping you small or stuck.
Physically - There’s something sacred in putting pen to paper. Journaling. Naming. Reclaiming. I often guide clients through intuitive writing practices that help them unearth truths they didn’t know they were holding, and begin rewriting their life from a place of agency, compassion, and truth.
Because here's what I know:
You’re not the same person you were when those stories were written.
You’ve grown. You’ve survived. You’ve learned.
You get to choose what happens next.
✨ This is your permission to edit the script. To burn the old chapters. To write something softer, stronger, and more you.
And if you’re ready to do that work, with support that’s trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and real - I’m here.
