There’s something powerful that happens when a woman picks up the pen - literally or metaphorically - and says:

“No more. This story? It’s mine now.”

For so many of us, especially those of us who are neurodivergent, mums, carers, or have walked through trauma, we’ve spent years living inside stories that were written for us.

Stories about who we’re “supposed” to be.

How we’re meant to show up.

What we’re allowed to feel.

What healing should look like.

But what if those stories were never ours to begin with?

When I work with women, we don’t just talk about healing, we re-write the script.
And that happens on two levels:

Metaphorically - We shift the subconscious patterns and beliefs that have been quietly running the show for years. This is where tools like NLP and hypnotherapy shine. They allow us to go deep, to find the root, and to update the internal narrative that’s been keeping you small or stuck.

Physically - There’s something sacred in putting pen to paper. Journaling. Naming. Reclaiming. I often guide clients through intuitive writing practices that help them unearth truths they didn’t know they were holding, and begin rewriting their life from a place of agency, compassion, and truth.

Because here's what I know:

You’re not the same person you were when those stories were written.

You’ve grown. You’ve survived. You’ve learned.

You get to choose what happens next.

✨ This is your permission to edit the script. To burn the old chapters. To write something softer, stronger, and more you.

And if you’re ready to do that work, with support that’s trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and real - I’m here.

I used to believe I had to be the strong one. The one who had it all together. The one who never needed help.

But none of that came from me.
It came from the world’s expectations. From trauma. From systems that never made space for my needs as a neurodivergent woman and a mum.

What changed everything?

✨ I started untangling the stories I’d absorbed, about worth, rest, identity, and success.
✨ I learned how to return the ones that didn’t belong to me.
✨ I used NLP and hypnotherapy to rewrite the narratives, from the inside out.

You don’t have to carry stories that aren’t yours.
You get to write your own.

This is what support looks like, behind the scenes.

It’s early mornings with NDIS reports, late-night messages to overwhelmed parents, juggling motherhood and burnout prevention… while still showing up with heart.

What makes Spread Your Wings different?

🦋 I’m not just a practitioner - I’m in it with you.

As a neurodivergent woman, mum, and participant in the system, I bring lived experience into every conversation, every plan, every moment of care.

It’s not about ticking boxes. It’s about being real, being present, and building something with you, not for you.

You deserve a support system that sees the whole you.

💛 A gentle reminder that my books are closed for 2025, but you’re welcome to add your name to the 2026 waitlist if you’d like to be notified when spaces become available.

Let’s clear something up:

Hypnotherapy isn’t mind control.
It’s not swinging clocks or making you cluck like a chicken. 🙃

It’s deep, compassionate subconscious work, and it can feel like a breath of fresh air when talk therapy hasn’t quite reached the root.

Through advanced hypnotherapy, I help women:
🧠 Gently rewire beliefs formed in childhood or trauma
💬 Quiet the inner critic that’s been running the show
🌱 Create safety in the nervous system so change can actually stick

You’re not broken. Your mind is just doing what it was taught to do. Hypnotherapy helps you teach it something new.

This isn’t just a pretty quote.

It’s the question I kept asking myself, in the chaos of parenting, in the middle of burnout, in the quiet moments when I felt like I was losing touch with who I really was.

As a neurodivergent woman, a mum, and a mindset coach, I know what it feels like to carry so much… and still feel like your own needs don’t quite “make the list.”

But here's the truth I’ve come to live by:

Your needs are valid. Your healing matters. Your dreams deserve space.

I see so many women - especially parents and carers - pouring from an empty cup, pushing aside what they need for everyone else's sake.

But that quiet longing you feel?
That deep knowing that something’s missing or needs tending to?

That’s your soul whispering, “Hey, I’m still here.”

Through NLP, hypnotherapy, and holistic emotional support, I help women just like you reconnect with that voice and finally give themselves permission to listen.

So I’ll ask you again - with love, without pressure;

💭 What is it that your soul quietly longs for?
And what would it look like to finally say yes to that?

You're allowed to put yourself first.
You're allowed to come home to you.

They don’t teach you how exhausting it is to live in a world that expects you to mask just to be accepted.

They don’t always ask:

✨ Who are you when you’re not performing for safety or approval?
✨ What does rest actually look like for your nervous system?
✨ Where are your boundaries leaking, not because you’re weak, but because you’ve been conditioned to over-function?

In traditional therapy, we might get taught coping skills or CBT worksheets. And while those help some, they often miss the invisible energy cost of being a neurodivergent woman, especially one juggling parenting, care work, trauma, and identity.

That’s why I focus on what many don’t:
💛 Unmasking in safe, supported ways
💛 Energetic boundaries—not just “say no,” but how to do it when your body says yes out of habit
💛 Reclaiming space after years of being the emotional container for everyone else

As an autistic and ADHD woman myself, I get it. I don’t just bring lived experience—I bring tools that honour how your brain and body work.

This is the work we do inside 1:1 coaching: gentle, powerful, and truly life-changing.

You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You need to feel safe enough to show up as you.

It’s not often I’ll share my children online (for their own privacy).. but this one is an important one. 💖

✨ A Father’s Day Reflection ✨

I grew up without the kind of father I needed. Support wasn’t there, presence wasn’t there. At 15, I met my husband — and he showed me what a man should be. How I deserved to be treated. What love, care, and respect really looked like.

Then came children, and I got to witness him step into fatherhood — not just physically present, but emotionally and mentally there. The kind of father who shows up in every way that matters. The kind of man I once wished I had in my corner.

My stepdad came into my life at 17. I was nearly grown, already with my boyfriend, and didn’t really take on this “new dad” role. But even so, he’s been there in ways my own father never was, showing my mum a whole different life and showing me support in his own way.

Now, 20+ years on, I look back and see how these relationships shaped me. They paved the way for what I allow, what I value, and what I treasure most about my husband: he is exactly what I asked the universe for as a child.

While I may have missed out on a “normal” father-daughter bond, I’m endlessly grateful that our children are growing up with so much more. To be loved, to be someone’s priority, to see what it means to love and be loved. That’s the gift he gives them every day — and the legacy I hope they carry into their own future relationships.

Because isn’t that what we all want for our kids? 💙

✨ You don’t have to do this life alone.

There’s something sacred about walking beside women who truly see you, who hold space without judgment, who remind you of your worth when you forget, who say, “me too” when the world feels heavy.

This is the kind of connection we cultivate at our Women’s Empowerment Retreats.

Come exactly as you are - mask off, heart open. 💛

🌿 If you’d like to be the first to hear about future retreat dates and details, feel free to join the mailing list. No spam - just gentle updates when the time is right.

I used to ask myself this all the time.

Why do I keep saying yes when I’m already burnt out?
Why do I freeze up when I know what I want to say?
Why do I keep going back to survival mode, even when things are “okay”?

If you’ve been there too, please know this:
It’s not your fault.

It’s your nervous system. It’s your subconscious programming.

It’s the roles we’ve been conditioned to play, especially as women, as neurodivergent folks, as carers, as mothers.

When you’ve spent a lifetime masking, people-pleasing, or just trying to stay afloat, it makes complete sense that you’ve developed certain patterns. They were protective.

They got you here. But now… maybe they’re keeping you stuck.

This is where mindset coaching, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, compassionate support—can change everything.

Using NLP, hypnotherapy, and emotional well-being strategies, I help you:
✨ Rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level
✨ Understand your nervous system responses without shame
✨ Stop repeating the cycle and start creating real change that feels safe in your body

You don’t need to hustle your way into healing. You get to unlearn the struggle.

💛 If this speaks to you, I see you.

No pressure. No promises. Just a gentle way to stay connected.

Ever try to talk yourself out of a pattern, only to end up right back in it?

That’s not because you're doing it wrong. It's because your body doesn’t feel safe to let it go yet.

💭 "What you resist persists" isn’t just a cute saying - it’s nervous system truth.

If the body still perceives something as unsafe (even joy, rest, or ease), it will cling to what it knows, even when it's painful.

This is why I blend mindset work with:
✨ Energetic support
✨ Hypnotherapy to shift subconscious blocks
✨ Somatic awareness, because we heal through the body, not just the brain

You don’t need to fight yourself. You just need tools that speak the same language your nervous system does.

Falling doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you’re human.

I’ve fallen more times than I can count - into burnout, overwhelm, grief, and self-doubt.

But each time, I’ve learned that getting back up is where the real strength lives.

And the beauty? You don’t have to rise alone.

Whether you’re unmasking, healing, or rediscovering yourself, this space is here to remind you: you’re already stronger than you think.

Healing isn’t just deep work, it’s also deep joy.

At our retreats and inside our community, joy is part of the process. Because when you've spent years in survival mode, laughter, connection, and a little silliness are revolutionary acts.

Whether it’s playing with your food, dancing barefoot, or laughing until you cry - pleasure is medicine too.

You don’t need to earn fun. You don’t need to justify joy.

You’re allowed to feel good, even in the middle of your healing.

✨ And when you’re surrounded by women who get it?

That joy hits different.
