Pose of the Week: WARRIOR POSE!
AKA: The “I Am Stronger Than My Homework” Pose
This week at Little Lotus Kids Yoga, we’re stepping into our inner warriors!
Warrior Pose is all about balance, strength, and standing tall, even if your socks are mismatched. (We don’t judge. Warrior feet come in all styles!)
How to do it:
1. Step one foot forward like you're bravely entering the snack zone.
2. Bend your front knee, keep your back leg strong.
3. Raise your arms up high or out wide like you're saying, "I’ve got this!"
4. Take a deep breath in... and maybe let out a warrior “RAWR!” (optional but highly recommended).
Warrior Pose helps build confidence, stretches growing bodies, and reminds kids they’ve got the power to face any wobbly moment.
So let’s get grounded, get giggly, and get our warrior on this week!
