🌿 🌿 We’re Hiring – Funeral Administration Assistant 🌿
Burnett Regional Funeral Services (Gayndah) and Childers Woodgate Funeral Services (Childers) are looking for a caring and motivated person to join our team.
We’re a proud family-owned business, serving our communities since 2007. With modern facilities and accreditation through Funerals Australia, we’re known for our compassion, professionalism, and genuine care — “Where caring comes first.”
This position will start with administration duties, with the opportunity to grow into other areas of the funeral industry as you gain experience.
💼 Hours are negotiable for the right person.
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Communicates well – both in person and in writing
✨ Is well presented and professional
✨ Can work independently and in a small, supportive team
✨ Shows empathy and understanding when assisting grieving
families
✨ Has good attention to detail and organisation skills
✨ Holds a current driver’s licence
You don’t need previous funeral industry experience — we’ll provide full training and support. What matters most is your caring nature, reliability, and willingness to learn.
