Balance......do some every day.🌞🌛

http://yogaforhealthyaging.blogspot.com/2021/05/yoga-for-improving-balance-big-picture.html
The ability to balance is so important for healthy aging that we’ve been writing about it here on the blog from the beginning. Maintaining the ability to balance is essential not so you can stay in Tree pose without wobbling; it’s essential so you can walk around your house, walk up and down the stairs, or reach for a spice jar on a top shelf without falling. In other words, it’s one of the skills you need to live independently as you age. And if you don’t continue to work on balancing, the natural aging process will gradually reduce your ability to balance. Fortunately the ability to balance is a skill that you can improve, no matter what state you’re starting from, even if you've lost your self confidence. And yoga provides many different ways you can maintain and even improve your balance. In today's new post, Nina provides a guide to all the important posts we have on balance, as well as all sequences and poses we currently have on the blog that can help you improve and/or maintain your ability to balance.

Good morning yogis.... I have had some enquiries regarding yoga for pregnancy. My Wednesday classes are not suitable for pregnant ladies or for post-natal ladies. Also, if you are post-surgical or unable to get up and down from the floor unaided for any reason then my class is not suitable for you. There are other yoga options for these conditions of the body and there are tailored yoga programmes available online for your condition, such as Pre-Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Hi Yogis!! Hope you are enjoying these pleasant days after our cold winter. Our yoga classes will be starting again on Wed, 25th Sept with the last class on the 27th November. It will be a ten week term at a cost of $100, or you can attend a drop-in class for $12.00.
I also have a change of venue. The classes will be held in the RSL Hall in Wharton St, Gayndah. This hall is much larger and so there are no restrictions on numbers.
The time each Wednesday is 6.30pm until 7.45pm.
If anyone has difficulty meeting the cost, please contact me as the yoga classes are designed to be accessible to all, not just to those who can afford them. For those who want to sign up for the full term, please text me for banking details on
0439 689 240 or msg me here on the F/B page.
Please bring your own mat and water to drink. Also a light blanket or sheet for the relaxation.
And remember, yoga is for Every Body...…. NAMASTE
