NDIS is currently conducting a short online survey on the self-managed NDIS plans. All NDIS participants and nominees are invited to participate and provide feedback 💬and aiming further improvement to the way self-management works in the NDIS. This survey will close at 5pm AEDT on Monday 14 March 2022. You can click on the below link to access the survey

It is a great opportunity for participants to look into alternative options to suit individual needs, choices and requirements. Within the survey, NDIS participants can express their thoughts of:

🔸What resource, information, assistance if to choose self-management;
🔸Resource to access support coordinator, plan manager;
🔸Decide to change services to different providers
