What is Myotherapy?
That's a really good question, because every myotherapist is different. For me, I am first and foremost a remedial therapist - I use hands-on massage as the basis of my treatments. Being a myotherapist means I have further training in joint mobilization, stretching, cupping, dry needling and exercise prescription when needed, mostly for you it just means a really good massage.
