It’s a challenge to bring our team together but when we do it’s a lot of fun!
Thank you to Trudy who launched our ‘Step into Spring’ program . We were all reminded of the importance of self care and keeping our stress and wellbeing buckets in balance.
Lots of reports coming in now from staff making conscious efforts to engage in relaxing and healthy activities!
It’s a great lead up to Barwon Health Foundation Run4Geelong!

We had the joy of calling 4 aged care residences yesterday , offering horse therapy sessions this November when the weather warms up and the spring carnival is here!
