Look who is coming to Well Inspired!

We are delighted to be expanding our services for the people of Geelong, surrounds and further afield. Dr Ella Aston will be bringing her specialist GP practice to our rooms each Friday (to begin with) and will be able to consult face to face or via telehealth.

Dr Ella is passionate about helping people who have an ADHD diagnosis but need access to long-term medical management. The introduction of her clinic to Well Inspired compliments our vision of providing ADHD assessments which we plan to roll out in the very near future. Soon, we will be poised to offer a comprehensive assessment and treatment option for people with ADHD. (Please note that does not include diagnosis. Diagnosis must be done by a psychiatrist or in the case of children, a paediatrician, but our services would sit neatly either side.

But that's not all!! Dr Ella is also very passionate about helping women through perimenopause and menopause. This life transition can bring with it a whole cache of weird and wonderful symptoms and she is excited about helping as many woman as she can to navigate their way with a dedicated and supportive approach. As with everyone at Well Inspired, she has a beautiful spirit, and I am confident her patients will feel heard and understood.

Narelle was honoured and excited to speak about mental health in the workplace at the Financial Advice Association Australia Geelong Chapter luncheon today.

The group learnt about common signs and symptoms of mental illness, stress and burnout, self-care and keeping mentally fit for work. Narelle demystified, normalised and explained accessing mental health support, and as our team continues to grow, that is made so much easier thanks to no wait times at our practice. 👏👏👏
