She will teach us some technique then thread it together in combinations of movement that will be easily formulated into a choreography and danced to a chosen piece of music.

This beautiful VBAC Mumma birthed her baby in just over an hour of arrival at birth suite!
Such an honour to be witness to her power.

I love how she mentions the socks as I remember at the time feeling a tad awkward in my sock application 😆 yet this was something that stood out to her as a special memory. A reminder to me that sometimes the smallest gestures can speak the loudest.

I’ve been blessed to work in this special room in Birth Suite at Geelong Hospital a few times.
Feeling deeply connected to the many women who have birthed before us and the magic and sacredness of this space. ✨✨✨
Still buzzing from the incredible power in the room yesterday. In awe and grateful to be witness 💜
