Struggling with emotional eating or binge eating disorder (BED) in ADHD? You’re not alone.

Emotional eating is common in ADHD, where food often becomes a coping tool for stress, restlessness, or overwhelm. Unlike BED, it may not always involve large amounts of food—but it can still feel distressing and hard to control.

Healing isn’t about willpower—it’s about the right support and strategies. Progress can look like fewer binge episodes, a greater sense of control, improved energy, and more self-compassion.

💡Check out our latest blog to learn practical strategies for managing emotional eating and BED in ADHD.

📣Dietitian Tip: According to our dietitian, Tess, “Eggs are a versatile and nutrient-rich food that can easily fit into a balanced diet. Including eggs a few times a week is a simple way to nourish your body while enjoying delicious meals.”

🥚 Eggs for the win! Packed with protein, choline, and antioxidants, eggs can support heart, brain, and gut health — all in a balanced diet.

🍳 Why aren’t eggs just for breakfast: Studies show moderate egg intake may boost muscle, support brain health, and even lower heart disease risk

🥚💪 Egg-cellent nutrition: High-quality protein + key nutrients = a simple way to power your day while supporting heart, gut, and cognitive health.

🍳✨ Two eggs a day (in a healthy diet) = nutrients your body loves: protein, vitamins, and antioxidants. Science says they’re safe and super beneficial!
