In case you missed our news, we are taking a well deserved break ✈️

But here’s the important part!
Book in now for our return and we will send you these 4 x 10 minute bite sized workout videos to keep you moving while we are away 🙌🏼

These videos are super efficient and allow you to do just the one, or you can stack 2, 3 or all 4 together.

It’s all happening!

Okay, there’s a lot to say, but bottom line is that I’m turning 50 (yay!) 🌈 and to celebrate I’m taking a much deserved break and heading over to USA ✈️ to spend it with my family 🫶🏼

Glow Getter Co will be closed from Friday 27th March and reopen on Saturday 25th April.

We are already taking lots of bookings for our return, and as an added BONUS 🕺🏼, when you book in a session for our return, we are sending you 4 workout 💪🏼videos that you are going to L O V E ♥️♥️♥️

💫10 minute upper body
💫10 minute lower body
💫10 minute mat Pilates
💫10 minute core

I’ve kept these bite size and simple, with lots of options to add spice ❤️‍🔥

If you are short on time, just do one...if you have a bit more time, stack 2, 3 or all of them together for a fun workout!

This will keep you strong and moving while I’m away 🙌🏼

Oh and keep an eye on our socials as we will share some of our adventures 🏔️, other studios 🧘🏼‍♀️we might visit, and well, we just want to stay connected with you as this community is everything to us ♥️✨🌈

p.s. I need to say that I’m feeling better walking into my 50’s than I was when I stepped into my 40’s and that’s all to do with everything I talk about - movement, mindset, manifest 💫
