It’s hard to even call it a job at times... but it is also how I pay the mortgage, buy food, and invest in my own health and wellness.

She knows it. We know it.
Tofu 🐶 is the star of the show...and the studio.

She’s here to calm your nerves, be your cheerleader, give you an extra kiss and cuddle, and overall brighten your day...and your Pilates!

Tofu was over the moon 🌙 today as Kaylene returned from her holiday! Tofu didn’t want to leave her from the moment she arrived... including feet in straps!

p.s. for anyone that doesn’t love puppies, Tofu can be removed from the studio for your session 🙏🏻
