Daily Ritual at Pure Wonder Soul Studio

Every day, our studio welcomes people seeking release, healing, and connection.
To honour this, we hold a simple but powerful ritual: cleansing the space with Palo Santo and intention.

It’s our way of letting go of what no longer serves, so the energy here is always fresh, safe and full of love.

Cleansing isn’t just for here, it’s something you can bring into your own daily rhythm too.

Light a candle, burn Palo Santo or sage, open a window, or simply set an intention: “I release what no longer serves and welcome peace, clarity and love.”

Your energy matters and the space you hold matters too 🤍

Parenting a child with allergies is more than meal swaps and careful planning. It’s the constant what ifs… kinder, school, parties, the fear of missing out and the quiet worry that never quite leaves.

As a mum walking this path myself, I know the anxiety it can carry, for both parent and child.

That’s why I’ve written my latest Soul Journal, sharing my own story and how Childosophy® + Holistic Counselling can support the emotional side of living with allergies.

This work isn’t just about the physical needs, it’s about safety, inclusion, trust and connection.

Do you have a child with an allergy? If so, you may know this all too well…

Parenting children with allergies can impact families in many ways. It’s may not be the extra care to keep your child safe from the foods their body reacts to — it can also be the anxiety that comes with it. For both parent and child.

• The “what ifs” of kinder, parties, and school.
• The fear of reactions when you’re not there.
• The sadness of missing out when everyone else joins in.

I’ve walked this path myself. As a mother of a child with allergies, I know the mix of fear + resilience it takes to navigate everyday life. And I also know the emotional toll it can carry.

In my Childosophy® + Holistic Counselling sessions we go beyond the physical and look at the emotional needs beneath it all. The need to feel safe. The need to feel included. The need to trust their voice.

A Rare Pisces Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse rises in our skies, September 8, bathing us in its glow at 4:11 am AEST.

This eclipse is no ordinary moon. It’s a total lunar eclipse in Pisces, lasting over 82 minutes — the last we’ll witness in Australia this year. Known as a Blood Moon, its crimson light marks a portal of emotional release and soulful clarity.

With Pisces flowing through, the boundaries between seen and unseen soften. Hidden truths surface. Old patterns unravel. A current of intuition + spiritual alignment beckons us forward 🤍

Ways to Work with This Moon:
– Revisit intentions from the Virgo New Moon (Aug 23). What have you structured, healed, or clarified?
– Let the eclipse wash away illusions, fears and old stories.
– Create space for water + stillness: take a salt bath, journal your dreams, meditate by candlelight or flowing water.

Ritual Idea:
Write down what you’re ready to release. During the eclipse, tear or burn the paper safely — symbolically setting yourself free.
Whisper: “I release what no longer serves. I open to clarity, surrender, and soulful rebirth.”

This Pisces Blood Moon invites you to trust the release and open to the flow of beginnings.
