What our Master of Ceremonies can do for your Event

A Master of Ceremonies can make or break an event and is the glue that holds the event together. Master Maher has the huge task of running the event on time, making sure to provide a relaxing environment and to engage and empower the audience. As your official host, Master Maher will prepare beforehand and work in conjunction with your requirements, set the tone for the event, create energy and excitement. We will gain the interest of the audience at the start of the event, outline what lies ahead for the event and introduce the speakers and guests. Responsibilities included but not limited to are making the formal opening announcements, introduction of performers, speakers, special guests and any other interaction needed to be made with the audience to manage the event smoothly. Depending on the formality of the event Master Maher can incorporate light humour through comedy or storytelling, professionalism and formality. • Over 12 years’ experience in hosting local sporting events and various fundraising events throughout Geelong, Bellarine, Surfcoast, Colac and Ballarat
• MC for 6 years at the Geelong Cats Members Clinic and the NAB Auskick Super Clinic at Kardinia Park
• Formal Football ground announcing
• MC and host/event manager of the Geelong and District Coaches Association “Coach of the Year” Dinner
• Host of cyber safety presentations
• Over 12 years’ experience in school and local business events and clinics
• 10 years of event management for league presentation nights
• Committee Member of Read the Play, Barwon Child Youth and Family Services, Local Football and Cricket Clubs
• VLINE cup program management
