Feeling overwhelmed with emotions?
Did you know that women have a larger hippocampus than men?
This part of the brain🧠 is where emotions are processed, and it's one reason why you experience emotions so deeply and that you just cannot “let it go".
For most women they CAN remember what he said “that day” long ago!
Our biological wiring reflects in our role as we are the nurturers and creators of life - it truly is why you are powerful as a woman, but you may have never really given it much thought...
Within us, there's a complex system—the "uterus consciousness"—that powers your thoughts, behaviours, and even your past experiences, shaping your genetic makeup.
Emotions, values, generational patterns, and hormones all play a role in how you perceive and remember events.
Negative experiences tend to stick, often replaying in our minds.
Talking about these experiences with friends can reinforce these emotions, making them feel even more intense and difficult to overcome.
It's like burning these memories deeper into your mind, sometimes leading to cycles of relentless negativity and even creating PTSD.
If you find yourself stuck in this cycle of negative self-talk and emotions, it's crucial to come into awareness first of all so you can find your way back home to yourself, the version of you who knows they want to break free.
Ignoring your true values, your gut intuition, even to the point of not setting boundaries can lead to exhaustion, and taking on unhealthy levels of responsibility, ending in feelings of resentment and even anxiousness.
Your life is yours to live, love and enjoy, and definitely isn’t one to be defined by your suffering.
You have immense potential, strength and purpose within you and a unique voice that the world needs to hear more of.
Did you know that everyone has something from their childhood that affects the now? The first 10 years affects the next 80yrs and the quality of your life.
You may still be feeling the effects of a being so broken hearted💔or that you simply have no purpose, so you think there’s “something wrong with you”.
What’s it worth to make a change for another 30-40 years thinking you’re “worthless", or “I’m hopeless” to the point of “I’m disgusting” which most women say this to themselves every time they look in the mirror daily at their body.
