At Your Freedom to Choose, we know that support isn’t just about filling hours. It’s about building trust, understanding each person’s needs and helping families breathe a little easier.

We currently have Support Workers with availability and would love to match the right person to the right support. We service the Greater Geelong area, Golden Plains, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.

Meet Max - Support Worker based in Geelong 🙂

Max brings incredible energy, creativity and genuine care to his support work. With a strong passion for music, he plays drums, bass, guitar and keyboard, and regularly gigs with his band. His love of music often becomes a great way to connect with participants, build confidence and share fun, meaningful experiences.

Outside of music, Max runs his own social media business and co-owns a clothing brand with his best friend, showing his drive, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. He enjoys going to the gym, spending time with others and is naturally someone who loves helping people feel supported and included.

Max is especially great at connecting with young people and those who enjoy being active and social. He loves exploring local music around Geelong and Melbourne, getting outdoors, surfing and playing games - all things that can turn everyday support into engaging, confidence-building activities.

Importantly, Max has experience being around people with ADHD, ASD and PDA, and brings patience, understanding and a calm, positive presence to his work.

Max is a friendly, motivated and relatable support worker who focuses on building genuine connections and making support feel empowering, not clinical.

If you’re looking for a support worker who brings kindness, creativity and practical help into everyday life, Bree is one of those people who just gets it. She has a gentle way of supporting clients to feel comfortable, capable and supported, without pressure.

Bree loves building connection through the things that make life feel meaningful - especially art and creativity. Whether it’s painting, drawing or simply having a calm chat while creating something together, Bree brings a beautiful energy that helps clients feel safe and seen.
