The gallery is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 3pm, with Sumi Painting demonstrations every Thursday from 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 2pm. We want to congratulate Frank for all of his hard and dedicated work, and thank him for always being to kind to share his new creations when in the gym! Did you know that exercise and physical activity plays a vital role in stroke rehabilitation by helping to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall brain function, supporting recovery and reducing the risk of future strokes.
