Yes! This 👇 The wisdom of our body will know what to do, but first we have to notice, pay attention and give space for what is happening internally. It can be such a scary thing to do as we are shaped in a society to avoid discomfort. We need to be able to name it to tame it, feel it to heal it ❤️

Very grateful for my first testimonial of the year...I seem to be getting a reputation for my sneaker collection!

I have worked with Julie this year in sessions.
I felt immediately comfortable, supported and heard.
Thanks for all your help and guidance Julie. Especially for your ever amazing positive attitude, energy, and also notably the freshest kicks in town.
Highly recommended.

This time of year can be a gentle invitation to reflect on the intentions we want to carry into the new year. Start small, keep them achievable, and let them grow naturally. Wishing you all a peaceful and wonderful new year ⭐️

The terrible acts of violence that occurred in Bondi over the weekend have left many of us with heavy hearts. In moments like this, we are reminded of our shared humanity and how deeply connected we all are. Now more than ever, it is important to lean on one another, to show kindness, compassion, and to find strength in our community ❤️

Very grateful for some heartfelt feedback

"I have been seeing Julie fortnightly since August 2025. Julie's professionalism, compassion and ability to hold space and listen is second to none. It was instilled in me growing up that therapy is a waste of money and time and that my private life is exactly that - private. Julies patience and extensive knowledge has been the backbone of our collaborative efforts in the growth and changes I have implemented in my life. Very grateful for her experience and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough to anyone moving forward - particularly if you are hesitant to start the journey! but I can confirm it is well worth it'

This is an invitation for kindness and compassion at one of the busiest times of year ❤️

I encourage my couples to keep a childhood photo of their partner on their phone, as it can facilitate a more compassionate response during conflicts by reminding them that it is the inner child that emerges in such moments.
