Learn how our Youth Services integrate therapy services and employment support for young people aged 15 – 24, all within one NDIS plan and delivered by one coordinated team.

Our youth services provide practical support for young adults to explore jobs, build work skills and move towards employment.

Kindness is all around, Great work Linda and Family xx

The incredible Phonchone family have done it again.

This time, an extraordinary three hundred hand-knitted beanies, lovingly made by Linda and Kim.

We’re told they search high and low for the softest wool, even travelling to Melbourne, to make sure each beanie is as gentle and comforting as possible for patients at the Andrew Love Cancer Centre, and across University Hospital.

Three hundred acts of kindness that serve as reminders that our community cares 🧡
We are so grateful for your time and generosity. Thank you for helping us wrap our patients in comfort when they need it most.

Welcome to 2026 we are kicking off the year with jam packed programs from January to March!
Expressions of interest are now open and will close Tuesday 20th January @ 6pm, looking forward to catching up with familiar faces and welcoming new members to our fun and accessible collective of supports. What a magical day at “Wicked: For Good Reading Cinemas Waurn Ponds
Participants filled the air with incredible singing and smiles, creating unforgettable memories together.
After all that excitement, we enjoyed a delicious lunch with great company.
But the highlight of the day?
A surprise visit from someone very special—Santa himself! 🎅 Everyone was buzzing with excitement!
